Consultation/Survey

The first step in the process is for us to understand exactly what you want to do at home, including the reasons for your renovations. We have an in-depth and thorough briefing process that we take to all customers.

Concept and Feasibility

We’ll provide estimates based on average costs during this stage. And you can start making decisions on what to include in your budget.

Costing and drawings

Depending on the nature of the project, proposals are then developed on the basis of the concept plans, and there will already be many budget decisions. A detailed project cost and contract can now be drawn up based on your project specifications. This will take into account the technological, structural, design and aesthetic decisions.

The cost can be improved or minimised, if needed, by making design modifications.

Construction Stage
